[Provider] does not accept liability for the practices or use made by your company and its representatives. In consideration for your participation when using our Marketing Platform, the individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge the [Provider], and its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating when using our marketing platform. You hereby agree on behalf of your heirs, directors, executors, administrators, and assigns, to indemnify the [Provider] and its officers, board and employees, joint and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained when using our services or carrying out your own company practices. It is further understood and agreed that said participation on the marketing platform is not to be construed as an admission of any liability and acceptance of assumption of responsibility by the [Provider], its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally, for all damages and expenses for which the [Provider], its officers, board and employees, become liable as a result of any alleged act of the parade participant. Within this agreement it is clearly outlined that you accept full responsibility for your own company conduct, practices and services carried out including the outcome relating to any use of the Marketing Platform. Any specific requirements requested when using the provided Marketing Platform must be specifically requested prior to your participation. We reserve the right to modify, restricted access or discontinue your service to the Marketing platform at our own discretion.
